Here are more before and after views of Artistic
License.
View 1: In the living room looking into the
Kitchen we can see what removing part of the load bearing wall did to the space.
View 2: What was once a tight and awkward hallway
is now open and lets the light in from the south.
View 3: To control the clutter and papers a new
communication centre for mail, appointments, computer and filing is now in one
area instead of all over the house on three levels and all the rooms.
View 4: The old carpet is gone and new easy to
maintain laminate flooring makes this space. Most of the switches have been
moved to one spot near the front door and the bottom of the stairs making it
possible to light the main floor and make the client feel safer.
View 5: Visual organizers tend to keep things
where they will see and remember to take action. This is unsafe and after a
while one cannot see the important items.
View 6: The entry closet did not work and hid
things more than organized them. The closet doors cut off the already small
space. Open, visual storage is easier to access and has to be kept tidy.
View 7: A very talented artist with no place to
show off her work. The solution was to make a gallery of her work and a place
for family and friends to enjoy.
View 8: The old kitchen was falling apart and the
surfaces were impossible to make look clean. The new kitchen maximizes the space
and the surfaces and all chosen to fit with the new concept and theme.
View 9: By reorganizing the location of the work
centres, a more efficient use of space.

View 20: Everyone is pleased with the results
here.
View 21: The old closet doors did not work and
the wall cut off two feet from view. Removing the wall and noisy doors allowed
access the whole closet by covering them with curtains. Paint and new hardware
update the dark old doors with plastic knobs.

View 30: What was supposed to be a studio was
never used. New lighting, shelving, re-used cabinets and zones make this a place
to really be creative.
